I’m a counselor focusing on youth, family dynamics, anxiety, adjustment, and trauma-informed care. My approach blends Relational-Cultural Therapy (centering connection, context, and growth) with Solution-Focused tools for practical, “here and now” steps. Sessions will be warm, collaborative, and paced to your needs.
Bilingual services will be available in English and Spanish.
